USBEject Manual

USBEject is the most simple and secure solution to safe removely your USB Flash Drive, Flash Memory, Pen Drive or USB Hard Disk. With USBEject the process of "safely remove hardware" is simplified with a single click of the mouse!

USBEject requires no installation. It is a single file "USBEject.exe" that you can copy everywhere you like! The normal position is your Desktop.

USBEject: only one file to immediately remove USB Flash Drive, Pen Drive, USB Hard Disk, Firewire Hard Disk

USBEject works with the following devices:
  - USB Flash Drive
  - USB Hard Disk
  - Firewire Hard Disk

USBEject is the application to safe remove your USB Flash Drive, Flash Memory, USB Hard Disk and Firewire device

USBEject detect the type of device and use the relative image for the appropriate device

USBEject automatically updates the list of USB devices when there is a change (insertion or removal).

To execute safe removal for your USB device, simply double-click on the panel with the desired USB device (green rectangle).

For each USB device is reported the type, drive letter, the name of the volume and size in bytes (or brand). There is also a small pie graph that indicates how much space is available.

For quick access to the device data you can double-click on the pie graph to activate Windows Explorer.

To get more data on your device you must go with the mouse over the pie graph.

When there aren't USB devices connected you can see this screen shot:

To set the options you must use these button (red circle):

and you have three options:

To view the About windows you must use these button (red circle):

and you have a windows like this:

USBEject comes with an internal manual that can be viewed with no Internet connection. Use the button (red circle) to display the manual.

USBEject Registration

In order to Register USBEject you should refer to the e-mail immediately received after your purchase. In particular, you should have:
- Registration Name;
- Registration code (YYYY- BBBB-DDDD-CCCC).

To register the USBEject version please press the "Register" button:

Then this screen will appear:

Now you should enter, in the appropriate spaces, the "Registration Name" and the "Registration Code" (even using the copy-paste on the first cell); the result is a screen similar to the following:

After you must press the "Continue" button. Your Broswer, Internet Explorer or similar, will open automatically and display a page like this, where you can find the "Password":

Now, copy the Password and paste it in the appropriate spaces, as you can see in this screen:

Finally. press the button "Continue" to ultimate the installation with this windows:

Now you have a registered copy of USBEject.
